Job DescriptionResponsible for issuing orders for telecommunications and technology equipment, software, and services, as well as participating in projects and managing critical internal and external business relationships. Maintains procurement records for items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories. Compiles data for internal reports. Participates in efforts to realize financial benefits of increased productivity and reduced cycle times through process improvement initiatives including the automation of routine processes. Creates and processes purchase orders for all order types through validated receipt/delivery and resolves order issues. Manages critical business relationships with third party vendors as well as internal business line partners. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three or more years of experience in procurement activities - One or more years of experience in telecommunications

Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic understanding of data warehousing and IT asset management - Working knowledge of telecommunications, data and voice networks, and wireless technologies - Strong problem-solving and time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
