Job DescriptionThe Lead Technical Program Manager for the Data and Digital Platform will be responsible for leading complex strategic initiatives across our Digital transformation. The role will be to drive one or more facets of the roadmap for the UDAIP (the U.S. Bank Unified Data, Analytics, and AI/ML Platform), the Data Roadmap, and/or the Digital Roadmap. This role will be responsible for helping to drive execution for one or more aspects of the Data and Digital Platform Roadmaps. On a day-to-day basis, the role will be the glue between business teams, technical/infrastructure/security and product teams to understand and drive overall timelines and dependencies for the successful delivery of complex roadmap priorities. The UDAIP stack is being built from the ground up on modern, open-source, cloud-based technologies with sponsorship from the highest levels of management to revolutionize the use of data throughout the Bank. The Data, AI/ML, and Analytics area is a rapidly evolving space supporting a wide spectrum of capabilities from reporting to customer data platforms, and predictive analytics to machine learning and reasoning systems. Given the rapid pace and evolution of tools and frameworks in this space, the Lead Technical Program Manager will require both some baseline familiarity as well as ongoing commitment to deepening and staying current with a large number of technologies and tools within the data, analytics, and AI/ML space.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of product management experience Four or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience Strong product vision / focus with track record of successful delivery; ability to prioritize and make tough choices based on competing priorities Experience with the use of Big Data to solve business problems, create new capabilities, and/or drive cost savings Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders: security, risk, engineering, product and users with a strong mix of product management and engineering roles in your past Understanding of / familiarity with one or more relevant technology areas:Cloud Service Providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Cloud Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, etc. Queueing Technologies (Kafka, Pulsar) Data Governance concepts (Data Dictionary, Lineage, Quality, etc.) and tools Data and Analytics tools (Presto / Trino, Druid / OLAP tools, Visualization platforms like Superset, Tableau, Power BI) AI / ML tools and technologies (Jupyter notebooks, etc.) Advanced Degree (Master’s or Doctorate)/min BS, Computer Science Degree
