THE ROLE

The Head of Cloud Enablement will be one of key roles in helping to drive the strategy and execution of our company’s cloud migration. This position will be responsible for overseeing and planning out the cloud migration sequencing across all of our business lines, and will work closely with senior leaders to ensure applications are ready for movement to the cloud. The incumbent will influence the timeline for when each application will transition and will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition. This role will also be responsible for overseeing application dispositioning and infrastructure decommissioning in alignment with the migration plan. The incumbent will reconcile technical conflicts that occur between cloud platforms and factories and will liaise with the business lines to ensure the outputs align to business priorities. The incumbent will need to influence senior level leaders and manage the relationship with key vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in a technology execution or leadership role

  • Strong understanding of Azure and AWS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated results in designing, delivering, and sustaining major enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Excellent verbal & writing skills; experience writing and contributing to both product & technical documentation

  • Ability to influence senior level leadership
