Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is currently seeking a Cash Management Representative (aka Account Processor), who will be responsible for managing bank cash inventories for ATMs. This position will require occasional support of other department roles, including the Cash Order and Cash Coordination positions. These positions are responsible for addressing all issues sent to the Cash Department or Cash Ordering inboxes in a timely manner. Issues are resolved by handling the communication between the clients, transport providers, and other internal departments. Additional responsibilities include: • Orders cash for ATMs, balances inventories to vendor paperwork, services verification of the ATM cash orders, and resolves related outstanding items; • Responds to email requests related to ATM cash orders, inventory funds request, service verification, vault log request, cash service changes, and other miscellaneous inquiries; • Manages inbound and outbound activity in the bank inventories with online systems and Microsoft Excel; • Communicates with transport providers (armor car companies) to resolve outstanding items; • Directs communication between our clients, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service; • Runs proper ledger adjustments for bank orders, approved inventory requests, and service changes; and • Participates in the weekend and holiday monitoring schedule, as well as job rotation requirement.
Basic Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
Preferred Skills/Experience • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with business, finance, and/or customer service experience • In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to assigned area • Strong customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
