Job DescriptionPWM Associate Advisors (PWA) have the shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Private Wealth Management (PWM). The position is focused on honing the technical aspects of a given product specialty area and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become an Advisor. Partners with one or more Sr. Advisors to help them manage their smaller clients by conducting all aspects of relationship management, as well as focus on building and honing a referral network in which to develop new business. Identifies new business, sales opportunities and leads through personal network. Deepens client relationships through customer service, relationship reviews, highlighting additional needs, conducting relevant analysis and presenting solutions.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to seven years of related experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience - Extensive knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
