Job DescriptionSupports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased applications or application frameworks. Participates in the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and/or user group profiles. Validates system functionality after changes. Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades. Analyzes, monitors, and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software. Maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity. Participates with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability studies on engineering designs to assess the likelihood that a product/process performs its intended function over the intended lifecycle.
  • Measuring and analyzing the reliability of the design, materials, processes, cost, and final products of production.
  • Recommending design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.
  • Completing risk analysis studies of new designs and processes.
  • Undertaking testing and analysis on failures, proposing changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability
  • Install all server certificates timely
  • Review all vulnerabilities and address them timely by researching solutions, testing those solutions, and deploying changes adhering to bank policies to address the vulnerabilities.
  • Manage and update all Risk Records in tGRC
  • Work with Internal regulatory teams and external assessors to provide data ensuring we meet PCI/FISMA/SOC compliance
  • Provide feedback and work with Lockbox Development and Architecture groups to resolve all compliance issues Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in application development
  • Linux development experience
