U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Senior/Lead Network Operations Center Analyst with management and operations center experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Diagnoses and resolves complex and difficult IT incidents.
Manages production systems to ensure efficient and effective processing. Works with technical support groups to implement new hardware, software, and application technologies.
Demonstrates the sense of urgency and commitment required for managing a 24/7 operation.
Provides guidance and technical direction to Network Operations Center staff.
Serves as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members and provides internal training.
Educates department and client personnel on Network Operations Center policies and procedures.
Analyzes and investigates application and system events and solutions for the purposes of maintaining or improving the delivery of services.
Interprets and applies the policies, procedures, and precedent cases related to the services offered through the Network Operations Center.
Provides timely escalation of complex problems to technical support staff and/or appropriate levels of management.
Acts as liaison for all high level severity tickets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of experience with a data center operating environment, day-to-day operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00AM-9:30PM CST (10% premium)
IT systems management
Experience supporting Cisco equipment
Experience supporting network infrastructure
Microsoft AZ 900 cert

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $35.67 - $47.55 - $52.30
