U.S. Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead strategic change initiatives across our cross-functional operations organization. This position will support teams with a data-driven approach to discovery, definition, execution, and implementation of critical initiatives. In addition to execution support, we play the role of trusted advisor to our partners to identify root cause of operational challenges and solution recommendation. Success will be measured through successful delivery of initiatives, effective and proactive risk mitigation efforts, and collaborative partnering to drive results.
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Advanced knowledge of project management
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with complex operational and organizational change
Process mapping skills
Continuous improvement experience (i.e. Lean Six Sigma)
Ability analyze data to identify root cause
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
