U.S. Bank is looking for a top-performing Relationship Manager with an innovative, driven and customer-centric mindset to help us successfully manage and acquire prospective and existing commercial banking clients in the greater Phoenix market.
This exciting role includes the following:
Manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients.
Prospect for and close new business relationships while also retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Provide financial advice to customers and sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients.
Successfully capitalize on cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals across business lines with various product partners utilizing a consultative approach.
Identify key risk factors associated with business opportunities and base credit recommendations accordingly.
Take an active role in community and networking events to increase awareness and presence of U.S. Bank in the market.
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of commercial lending experience
Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial banking relationships
Strong leadership and strategic relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Considerable knowledge of credit products and credit analysis
Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
