Job DescriptionUS Bank Asset Management is looking for a Senior Web Engineer to take a key role on our Engineering team. This Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for front and back-end development with strong knowledge across the complete software development lifecycle. This person will be experienced in developing modern web interfaces and scalable back-end services, have remarkable problem-solving skills and understanding of web performance, and attention to detail with a passion to succeed.

U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineer who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey.
Essential Responsibilities: Contribute to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
Design, develop, and maintain solutions to support key business needs
Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document and demonstrate solutions by writing documentation, diagrams, and code comments
Debug and document existing systems through code analysis
Contribute to Application management activities such as Business continuity, SDLC activities, technical refresh support, critical surveys, analysis, platform releases, patching, vulnerabilities, and system management support for Technology mandates
Ability to work effectively in an Agile Scrum or Kanban environment
Respond to priority support tickets
Embrace emerging technology opportunities and contribute to best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Familiarity with agile development process and best practices
Working knowledge of agile tools: Jira, Confluence
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
