Job DescriptionResponsible for the maintenance of tax records, monitoring for active tax service contracts, and conducting tax research on mortgaged properties in accordance with government guidelines, Service Level Agreements, and U.S. Bank policies/procedures. Ensures accurate and timely tax disbursements of real estate taxes on escrow and non-escrow accounts. Monitors the work of the outsourced tax vendor and provides assistance in resolving other tax related issues. Provides supporting documentation to the vendor to assist in their research.Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Two to four years of tax or escrow administration experience with customer contact
