Job DescriptionThe Dealer Services Funding Operations Manager is responsible for the engagement and oversight of a team of associates processing vehicle loan (auto and RV/marine) and lease customer documentation reviews in a fast-paced production environment. Manages, owns, and coordinates activities for production staff and corresponding tasks/duties. Responsible for ensuring associate productivity and quality metrics are meeting departmental goals and expectations. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for both internal and external customers. Drives results through process improvements, ongoing metric analysis, and partnership with cross-functional teams. Exhibits a sense of urgency when needed, solution-based thinking, problem solving, and driving issues to resolution with limited supervision.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience -Formal or informal leadership in a production-based environment -Knowledge of consumer documentation review processes, auto/rec finance preferred -Proven customer service experience -Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision -Knowledge of banking and operations -Fluent in Microsoft Office products -Advanced computer navigation skills
