Job DescriptionConsumer Research and Response Specialists provide decisioning and response to customer requests. Specialists will research and gather data, then develop a resolution to the customer within service level standards. Assesses requests received in multiple formats and from multiple sources, then researches each request fully. Includes examining account information in various bank systems, reviewing policy and procedures, and reaching out to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various departments. Follows up with other groups outside of Consumer Research and Response for items needed to complete customer requests that are outstanding and that are required to develop the resolution to prepare response to the customer.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Two to four years of experience in administrative support activities

Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of the applicable operational area, the product and services, applicable laws and regulations, and an understanding of applicable system(s) functionality - Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collect and organize information - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Excellent organizational skills and be adaptable to change
