Job DescriptionPerforms a variety of system/data maintenance tasks on consumer loans and lines of credit accounts. Will be responsible for processing exception/control reports, and in depth review of accounts for billing/payment schedules, interest rates, due dates, fixed rate options, or issues with payments or payoffs to determine and complete the necessary corrections within the specified service level timeframe.
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Three or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience -Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of the applicable operational area, the products and services, applicable laws and regulations, and an understanding of system(s) functionality -Strong reading, writing, mathematical and skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proven customer service skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications -Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and timely -Strong attention to detail -Strong critical thinking skills -Excellent organizational skills
