Job DescriptionThe CAM will stay a step ahead, demonstrating full understanding of portfolio triggers/impacts, focusing on long term objectives rather than short term gains. The individual will need to have a self-starter mentality, holding the ambition to be successful by not only presenting good ideas, but executing on them.

Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic long term relationships with Elavon customers to accomplish portfolio growth and department objectives Develop new business opportunities from existing clients by understanding their needs and wants Collaborate with internal departments to deliver/improve exceptional customer experience Assist with customer escalations and preventing additional issues by improving processes Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer trends to proactively avoid attrition Perform competitive account reviews for key customers Forecast and track KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to senior leaders Maintain updated knowledge of company/industry product services & trends
