U.S. Bank is seeking a UXDesign Content Strategist to support the Dealer Services team. This role will assist in creating a world-class application experience for vehicle loans. This individual will be partner with an experience architect and visual designer to create highly functional and user-friendly interactions and experiences.
A strong candidate will have experience writing UX content and UI microcopy, and a strategic approach to creating user-centered solutions.
Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis on English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, or Library Science preferred, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of related work experience
Strong understanding of the principles of content strategy with a clear understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, and web usability
Ability to produce user-centered design from concept to delivery without supervision
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Significant experience writing a variety of digital content for instructional, transactional and marketing experiences – including navigation labels, form fields labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help messages, alert messages and FAQs
Experience with data collection and quantitative analysis
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and delivering high quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around plans and reports
Good knowledge of UX best practices
Familiar with delivering creative within an Agile environment
