Oversees the strategic management of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Platform. Develop roadmaps, functionality goals, platform governance and project plans. Manage the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional Agile team, work with release management and communicate updates to stakeholders. Evaluate market trends and new capabilities to keep the CMS platform competitive. Recommend platform enhancements to meet strategic objectives. Ensure the Platform meets state and Federal regulatory requirements, Privacy and Compliance guidelines. Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, Experience Design teams, Technology Partners, Content Strategists and Cross-functional Business Line owners to understand future needs and requirements as well as socialize progress. Maintain and refine product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria and assists in the prioritization all stories to ensure work efficiencies.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of product management experience
Four or more years of managerial experience
Thorough knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong product management and development skills
Experience working with Marketing and Design teams
Independent and self-starter
Ability to develop and articulate a product vision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills
Detailed with great project management skills and follow through
Demonstrated management, cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills
