Job Description
This is an exciting time to join the Corporate Segment Digital team, we're expanding. The external clients we support, the internal users, and processes we're streamlining will benefit from the new products and capabilities we plan to deliver this year and beyond. As an integral part of the Digital team, this role will lead the product planning and agile delivery of sales and onboarding journey capabilities across the segment (Corporate & Commercial Banking, Investment Services, and Treasury Management products). Our team is client-focused, while ensuring that we at U.S. Bank deliver best-in-class “One U.S. Bank” reusable digital experiences for customers and employees in a scalable, and cost-effective way.
This is a lead role and will be responsible for the full lifecycle digital product management of multiple complex business areas, products, and capabilities that will be developed to provide a unified Sales & Onboarding experience for both internal and external users. Strategic thinking, B2B digital expertise, and measured success in leading product delivery across 4+ agile teams are key to the success of this role. This Sr. Product Manager will partner with leaders in digital and business lines, user experience, design, platforms, and technology to create roadmap, while ensuring delivery is on time and on budget.
Additional responsibilities include:
Lead in product planning and delivery of digital sales and onboarding capabilities.
Direct four Agile teams of work efforts across several, simultaneous projects to meet Corporate segment digital goals.
Work collaboratively across businesses / functional areas to define, sequence, and execute the onboarding and servicing roadmap of shared capabilities.
Manage the “brand” of the Corporate Segment Sales and Onboarding experience and promote a customer-centric culture within the Bank, making the team a source of expertise others seek and want to join in delivery.
Partner with Agile practice leads to evolve how Agile and Lean management are applied at the Bank.
Motivates and engages team members to achieve peak performance and high job satisfaction.
Validate business requirements that will contribute to the overall unified onboarding strategy.
Provide a compelling roadmap of new client and product onboarding across corporate channels.
Leverage data, analytics, research, design, and business understanding to ensure capabilities identified manage risk while providing solutions that give our users optimized experiences.
Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, designers, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across digital.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
