Senior UX Architect / Designer - Enterprise Document Management
We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX Designer for Enterprise Document Management Platform. As part of UX Design team you will be focused on designing configurable and reusable interfaces to create document management experiences for customers as well employees across the U.S. Bank.
In this role, you'll be responsible for working within cross-functional team to plan and design consistent user experience. You will leverage and contribute to our design system as well adhering to accessibility standards and best practices. You will partner with product owners, developers, researcher, and accessibility specialist to translate requirements into amazing experiences as well interact consult teams incorporating our platform interfaces.
The right candidate will have experience in creating complex designs, working previously on platform experiences from discovery through delivery of designs and have a keen eye and enjoyment to work in a system-oriented space.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, or related fields
5+ years of experience as a designer for web and mobile
Thorough knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices, interactive design principles
Thorough knowledge of design thinking process and framework
Thorough knowledge of interactive design principles, web usability
Experience with user-centered design from discovery and research to delivery
Previous experience designing complex, multi-functional, large-scale applications
Proficiency in industry design standards and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or equivalent
Detail-oriented, user-centric mindset able to deconstruct complex issues
Ability to communicate design processes, flows, ideas, rationale, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and stakeholders
Experience with receiving and implementing feedback and constructive criticism
Ability to problem-solve and work independently
Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
Familiarity with accessibility practices
Strong design portfolio that showcases interaction and visual design skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $124,695.00 - $146,700.00 - $161,370.00
