Job DescriptionA strategic leadership position in GTM product management as part of our Digital Channel transformation efforts, with a focus on coordinating resources & planning for a large-scale digital portal. By driving alignment with our resource partners to meet product goals and priorities in an agile environment. Responsibilities will include: - Managing Digital Channels backlog - Facilitate partner meetings on strategic project deliverables - Work with partner organizations with dynamic resourcing analysis and optimization, based on product needs across the entire portal - Provide direction to multiple workstreams on common work-flow patterns, driving consistency - Align with Operations organization with quarterly planning, assist with prioritization activities - Become GTM Product SME for VersionOne / Jira - Champion KPI / OKR objectives and able to help set them at the portal level - Familiarity with technical and design aspects of digital product development a plus - Strategic mindset necessary to identify and execute common patterns to drive consistency at scale
Product Vision and Leadership Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders in all markets to define the vision for our online platforms and execute against this plan. Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction and design to the Agile teams to deliver exceptional product experiences across all our online platforms. Cultivate an agile and results-driven culture in which innovation and excellence are expected and customer experiences that exceed expectations is the standard. Partner with Enterprise teams to leverage enterprise UX standards and create a One Bank user experience for clients Product Strategy and Planning Execute a clear, actionable user centric strategy roadmap with priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and the business. Product Roadmap and Execution Assist in defining product priorities and schedules in collaboration with our GTM leadership teams across products and organizational stakeholders
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Eight or more years of related work experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: College degree in Business, Economics or Organizational discipline related fields is preferred. Experience working with stakeholders across multiple internal organizational groups Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly effective facilitation, presentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experienced in interacting with all areas and levels of the organization, as part of strategic product development activities
