Job DescriptionThe Principal Agile Coach 2 leads the team of Coaches and Scrum Masters for the Corporate Segment. has deep expertise in Agile and Product Managment, coaches executives and leaders within the Corporate SEgment and partner business lines and TOS. The Lead also influences and coaches their own team, peers, and will report to the CDO Agile Executive. The Coach Lead should have experience with engineering teams, product and design capabilities in addition to deep agile expertise. The lead will also lead large initiatives at scale that cross multiple platforms and products. The lead will be a servant leader who exemplifies the agile values and principles with leader experience in the field of digital, IT and agile product development.
