Job DescriptionThis individual contributor role will be responsible for supporting the build out of the bank’s Climate Risk Program. The candidate will be responsible for: tracking the status and deliverables for enterprise wide projects and work streams related to climate risk; creating communications and presentations for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders; maintaining an inventory (and obtaining working knowledge of) key internal documents and external whitepapers, news articles and peer bank climate disclosures; administration of the Climate Executive Steering Committee and the Climate Risk Working Group; and becoming a company resource for climate risk related topics and emerging industry practices.

Successful candidates will leverage skills including relationship building, professional communication, reporting and project management to support the analysis and reporting of climate risk program activities and oversight to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree

7 or more years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience Strong project management skills, including tracking and reporting status of projects and communicating with project owners

Expertise in creating communications (including power point presentations) for working groups, steering committees, risk governance committees, board committees, and external stakeholders

Effective organization of critical documents & analysis from a variety of sources

Experience working for or with a large financial institution, with knowledge of relevant products and services

General knowledge of climate risk and how climate change impacts the banking industry

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with multiple teams, and strong work ethic

Work independently to drive results
