The Ascent Sales Support Manager will be a member of the Ascent National Sales & Strategy Team, working closely with Channel Managers, Marketing, Communications, subject matter experts and front office, client-facing personnel in designing and delivering tools and resources to support client acquisition strategies. National Sales Strategy initiatives include the execution of promotional campaigns, designing PowerPoint presentations to support prospect, client and partner meetings, writing and maintaining the FAQ database for RFPs, and creating tool kits for front offices to leverage thought leadership presentations in their regions. Coordinates processes between internal partners and Ascent, including referral recordkeeping, partner reports, and pipeline updates. Other tasks will include writing solutions stories to aid in messaging, working closely with event management, and other programs that may come up from time to time that may be leveraged to promote business development.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative skills - Excellent organizational and project management skills - Ability to influence and persuade others - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
