Job Description
Be part of something big! Join the Elavon Partner Success Team as part of the Tech Led organization under the Revenue Optimization Channel. Sit at the forefront of initiatives that allow Elavon to grow tech led revenue in the integrated payments space, fueled by a modernized and digitally driven approach to scaling our integrated payments business.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be instrumental in the organization’s strategic initiative to make Elavon easy-to-buy and easy-to-sell. As the industry continues to adapt into a more digitally focused and driven landscape, you will be a key player in enabling Elavon’s integrated solution accessibility for driving a digital strategy to generate revenue.
Your day-to-day tasks will include participating in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects for our Tech Led Channel. You will interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user and stakeholder needs. You will collaborate with various channels like Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Education & Engagement, Boarding and Activation, and Technical Support to drive Elavon’s success as a leader in integrated payments across the industry.
Responsibilities
Define and document project scope, objectives, stakeholders and end goal
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
Lead meetings with stakeholders to identify project deliverables, and continually update project plan to ensure timely rollout
Work collaboratively across business lines and functions to determine direction and approach to each initiative
Create, manage and track project schedules, plans, risk and issues, and resources needed
Provide input for strategic planning and plan creation
Maintain communications with project team as needed to ensure project deliverables
Once a project is completed, socializing outcome to internal teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in customer success, boarding/operations, and/or project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Advanced knowledge of integrated payments industry
Deep understanding of Integrated payments and gateway connectivity
Strong plus is an understanding of Elavon onboarding processes
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Highly organized with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize for maximized impact
Salesforce proficient
Customer centric and polished
Ability to collaborate well across various business lines and functions
Solid ability to manage projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
Customer service or support backgrounds in the Payments industry

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,345.00 - $95,700.00 - $105,270.00
