Job DescriptionOur Commercial Relationship Managers work with commercial banking and corporate banking clients as well as build, develop, and manage new & expanded client relationships. They grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retain & expand existing customer relationships. Typically, these customers are companies with more than $25 million in annual revenues and are a mix of pure C&I as well as owner occupied Commercial Real Estate. They obtain credit approval of loans within assigned limits, manage both loan and portfolio credit quality. They provide appropriate credit structures recommendations to customers, recommend appropriate bank products and services to both prospects & clients and make appropriate referrals to other business units. They work well within a team environment.
Basic Qualifications - Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of commercial lending experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Prior C&I commercial banking experience - Proven success developing new business and building relationships - Demonstrated knowledge of C&I commercial credit and credit quality - Thorough knowledge of bank products and services - Treasury Management skills a plus - Agile and innovative approach to problem solving and decision making - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
