Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is hiring for a Workplace Banking Program Manager. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter that is passionate about creating something new and differentiating that delivers value for our customers and growth opportunity for U.S. Bank.
Job Description Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of a newly imagined workplace banking offering. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
Partner with digital, technology and business partners to define, deliver a new workplace banking program Acts as an advocate internally for program with accountability for performance and growth measures Point of contact for Workplace Banking partners – responsible for fostering healthy relationships and creating mutual value Helps to intake, initiate sizing engagement and respond to new technology discussions for new tech needs Leads effort to drive engagement around productizing the program offered by U.S. bank Has a thorough understanding of industry trends and employee benefits space Supports definition and funding requests for additional/ongoing program needs focused on maturing the program over time Supports new business opportunities, leading discussions & project leadership during new program launch activities
Basic Qualifications - Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience in project management activities - Two or more years of managerial experience
