Job DescriptionThe organization's third-party risk management framework is designed to promote effective risk management of various external third-party vendors timely and efficiently. The role as the dedicated Relationship Manager is within the Wealth Management and Investment Services (WMIS) business line.

Primary Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of Corporate Directed third parties.

The Relationship Manager will collaborate with U.S. Bank’s Business Risk Professionals, Business Line Partners and Contract Services to accomplish annual risk assessments and ongoing monitoring activities for new and existing third parties within the Archer database.

Other responsibilities may include completing cloud-based risk assessments, conducting access management reviews, facilitating third-party meetings, and assessing third-party and internal financial records and contract agreements.

This role may allow for opportunities to participate in projects and/or activities to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations that impact the line of business.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to Seven years of applicable experience

Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience Operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls WMIS’- Understanding of

Basic knowledge of Business Risk competencies

Understanding of the Third-Party Risk Management Framework

Understanding of Managing a Portfolio of External Third-Party Vendors

Knowledge of Completing Annual Third-Party Risk Assessments

Knowledge of Completing Fourth Party Cloud-Based Risk Assessments

Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration

Experience with Reviewing Legal Agreements

Strong process facilitation and project management skills

Strong presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills

Well-developed analytical skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Archer experience

Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
