Job DescriptionJob Description: 1. Facilitate GDS Training: a. Product targeted training, high level training on GDS projects, new initiatives and updates (other than Compliance related training, which is covered by Risk & Control team) · International Standby Practices (ISP) training · Uniform Customs and Practice (UCP)/International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP) - Document Examination training · 2020 Incoterms training · Imaging training 2. Project Initiatives: a. Participate in select GDS project initiatives (i.e. Imaging project, Kofax/KTA project, Tax Reporting project) b. Lead and facilitate select project initiatives (i.e. Foreign Currency project, Procedure Governance, Controls & Risk Rating Process Maps, updating GDS courses on TLC) 3. Training Documents: a. Processing related: Facilitate creation of new training documents and updates to existing training docs b. Non-processing related: Create new training docs and update existing training docs 4. Employee Engagement and Team Building 5. GDS SharePoint and Yammer Admin
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations - Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Strong presentation skills
