Job DescriptionU.S. Bank’s Consumer and Business Banking Operations Division is seeking a Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of the contracting process with Third Party Vendors from inception to termination. The Contract Analyst will work with Business Lines and Third Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various stakeholders, including, but not limited to: U.S. Bank’s Risk, Finance, Legal, and Contract Services. The Contract Analyst will assist in contract negotiations, analyze contractual documentation, as well as ensure all contracts are reviewed annually and updated if necessary.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of experience in an applicable risk management environment - Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience - Self- driven, with a high attention to detail - Strong relationship management, analytical, and problem solving skills - Strong time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - JD or equivalent experience - Third party risk management experience - Financial services' audit and regulatory background - Experience in Archer eGRC and MS Office Suite
