Job DescriptionProduct Vision and Leadership Collaborate with various small business leaders and stakeholders in all markets to define the vision for our online platforms and execute against this plan. Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction and design to the Agile teams to deliver exceptional product experiences across all our online platforms. Cultivate an agile and results-driven culture in which innovation and excellence are expected and customer experiences that exceed expectations is the standard. Partner with Enterprise teams to leverage enterprise UX standards and create a One Bank user experience for clients

Product Strategy and Planning Execute a clear, actionable user centric strategy roadmap with priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and the business.

Product Roadmap and Execution Manage the collection and analysis of market and competitive data and customer feedback, prioritize opportunities, derive conclusions and assist in creating a strategic vision that outlines the product roadmap to drive future revenue growth Establish Web/Customer Analytics function to leverage our data to get insights into trends and behavior of our online customers Define product priorities and schedules in collaboration with our GTM leadership teams across products and organizational stakeholders

What you will need to succeed: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Economics. 10+ years related work experience within Financial Institution Product Development or Product Management

Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong preference for experience working with the small business market Experience working with stakeholders across multiple internal organizational groups Proven experience in using product and marketing to build an organization’s revenue, brand and identity. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly effective facilitation, presentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
