Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Consumer Deposit Strategy and Relationship Programs, the Senior Product Manager will partner closely with Digital teams to drive the customer experience for consumer deposits through digital channels. Works collaboratively with partners across the Chief Digital Office (CDO) organization to set priorities and continue to build out the digital roadmap. Participates in journey teams as a representative of the Consumer Deposits team, and is comfortable with Agile and able to influence and inform decisions at pace. Serves as the primary point of contact with Digital partners, and is comfortable sharing ideas and working collaboratively to generate new and enhanced digital capabilities that create a compelling customer experience that will drive growth and retention.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills - Strong product management, design and development skills - Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis - Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills - Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
