Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a Sr. IAM Engineer with demonstrated competence to contribute toward the success of our identity management technology initiatives. Design, develop, test, implement, document workflows, out of the box and custom connectors, and to deploy a large-scale identity lifecycle management solution. You’ll work with peer IAM engineers to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate the companies needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent work experience - Five or more year of experience in information security - Two or more years of experience in IT infrastructure management, application architecture, risk management, middleware technology, and IT project management
Preferred Skills/Experience -Agile project delivery teams -Oracle Identity Manager -SailPoint Identity IQ -Other Identity Solutions -Experience in maintaining Identity Management solutions -Contributes to the implementation of an IAM strategy, within a roadmap of key deliverables and timelines -Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation, knowledge base articles. -Experience scaling and integrating directories -Experience in participating in agile delivery development teams -10+ years of internal and external applications and systems implementation and support -Ability to drive concurrent projects and initiatives while managing operational escalations -Working knowledge of IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures
Certifications preferred: - Certified Information Systems Auditor - Certified Information Security Manager - Certified Information System Security Professional
