Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated, detailed-oriented professional to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team under Retail Payment Solutions. This individual would have responsibility for the monthly forecasting, planning and analysis for credit cards under the RPS division. In addition, you would Drive continuous process improvements in forecasting, planning, analytics and reporting. Participate in the establishment of policies and procedures necessary for accomplishing the team’s responsibilities and/or special projects, as necessary. Develop and perform the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget Support business P&Ls with insights to monthly results and forecasts. Develop strong working relationships with Finance, Risk & Product teams to reflect relevant changes to forecasts. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five or more years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience: - Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures - Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills - Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools - Master's degree preferred Benefits: Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
