Job DescriptionA strategic leadership position in GTM product management as part of our Digital Channel transformation. This role will assist senior managers in driving key deliverables to support our robust digital strategy roadmap. This individual will recommend best practices and assist with execution level deliverables within a customer Journey, Agile methodology construct. This position will provide a leadership role in driving the delivery of key strategic customer facing platform features & workflows, focused on data sourcing, strategy and analytics. Background in Treasury Management customer reporting data streams and payments provides a knowledge framework for success. This seasoned professional will drive our next generation data strategy focusing on data augmentation, translation and consistency to ensure we have efficient scalable data sourcing and modeling.
Product Vision and Leadership Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders in all markets to define the vision for our online platform data strategy needs and execute against this plan. Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction and design to the Agile teams to deliver exceptional data structure requirements across all our online platforms. Cultivate an agile and results-driven culture in which innovation and excellence are expected and customer experiences that exceed expectations is the standard. Product Strategy and Planning Execute a clear, actionable user centric strategy data structure roadmap with priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and the business. Product Roadmap and Execution Manage the collection and analysis of market and competitive data and customer feedback, prioritize opportunities, derive conclusions and assist in creating a strategic vision that outlines the product data stream roadmap to enhance efficiency, scale to drive future revenue growth Define product data need priorities and schedules in collaboration with our GTM leadership teams across products and organizational stakeholders
Basic Qualificaitons: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics or data driven disciplines. 10+ years related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience working with stakeholders across multiple internal organizational groups Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly effective facilitation, presentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Technical skills should include exposure-experience with NoSQL Data Modelling and Data Access / API’s. Experience with Kafka or separate microservice API calls also a plus. Experience-exposure with Java, J2EE, DB2, asynchronous processing, DB2 batch data imports, mainframe processing, Connect:Direct, JSP, and object-oriented development necessary to provide technical tool set to collaborate with technology partners. Experience with data stored in Cloud platforms a plus. Experienced interacting with all areas and levels of the organization, including extensive customer interaction as part of strategic product development activities
