Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric and tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support the Twin Cities Market President and Central Region Banking Leader. We are looking for polished communication skills, the ability to multi-task and strong technical skills to frequently assist team members with issues. This individual must be a self-starter that looks ahead proactively and anticipates the needs of those they support, and the be able to react immediately when needed.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Calendar management
Completing expense reports and tracking
Meeting coordination, both remotely and onsite
Collecting and interpreting data to produce reports
Conducting special projects
Creating PowerPoint Presentations
Composing correspondence and other documentation as needed
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Very strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
