U.S. Bank SAS Administrator in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is hiring for the position of SAS Administrator in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Design, develop, and implement SAS application system; Define time tables and tasks; Analyze and estimate cost and time; Perform change impact analysis tasks; Analyze, monitor, and fine-tune the application system to achieve optimum performance levels; Work with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software; Maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation; Create and execute performance tests to ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved; and Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems.

Qualifications:

- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 3 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 5 years of post-Bachelor’s experience. Must have 3 years (w/Master’s) or 5 years (w/Bachelor’s) of experience with SAS installation and configuration, SAS GRID Environment, SAS Management Console, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Enterprise Miner, troubleshooting SAS server issues, reading through SAS logs to find root causes, and Linux. Experience may be gained before or after Master’s degree. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. Company headquarters located at 800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
