Job Description

Product Launch Manager

The product launch manager will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the product launches for the Corporate Payment Systems Transportation products. U.S. Bank Freight Payment, Voyager Fleet and Multi Service Aviation. This position will work with the internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely market delivery while being a strong advocate for all parties impacted by the new product or service.

Strong candidates must have an established track record of being a great team player and experience effectively managing cross-functional teams. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills while working with various business lines to communicate requirements and goals.

Essential functions:

  • Manage the market launch process for new products and service enhancements and changes.

  • Track customer research results and leverage results to support business case for new products.

  • Consult with appropriate subject matter experts to define objectives and develop plans to successfully launch new product/services and meet the identified objectives

  • Track and report project milestones and goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Eight to ten years’ experience in marketing project or product management and leadership activities.
