Job Description​This Product Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of the Bank Brand Consumer Product Management team’s day-to-day and operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the business lines processes by ensuring that they conform to set policies and procedures (i.e. Governance audits, Issue Management)

Ensure that compliance and legal standards are set and maintained, and recommend best practices

Coordinate and manage the intricate logistical details of projects to ensure on-time project delivery (i.e. CAT submissions, Aprimo, BCI/PRISM)

Assist in resolving escalated cardmember issues and complaints

Support various product managers in implementing plans with a view to achieving goals successfully

Knowledge of U.S. Bank’s Products, Systems and Policies and Procedures

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four to six years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience Thorough knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills

Strong product management, design and development skills

Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis

Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills

Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
