Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is hiring a Product Manager to support our growing Corporate Segment within our Chief Digital Office. The U.S. Bank Corporate Segment is a part of the Chief Digital Office and is accountable for developing and implementing a “One U.S. Bank” digital strategy for our Corporate and Commercial Clients. The Corporate Segment creates a refined strategic vision and roadmap for the segment’s digital transformation and drives strategic alignment of key programs across lines of business. We aim to create innovative, client-centric propositions to build deeper and broader relationships with existing clients and accelerate new client acquisition.

In this role, the Product Manager – Corporate Segment will support efforts of the Corporate Segment Chief Digital Officer and Sr. Product Managers for capital expenditure products/initiatives aimed at improving the client experience at a holistic level for Corporate/Commercial clients in terms of interfaces, platforms, onboarding, data strategy/CRM, and internal/external APIs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Partner with the Corporate/Commercial digital product managers, scrum masters, and agile coaches to create, prioritize, and execute on features and backlogs that align with the strategic goals of the Corporate Segment • Participate in daily Agile/Scrum sessions to represent, evangelize, and execute on the vision of the Corporate Segment alongside other product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, data, and engineering team members to ensure product iterations are executed within stakeholder constraints based on acceptance criteria • Create and communicate problem definition, vision, roadmaps, product metrics, and objectives and key results for success • Organize and lead product discovery workshops in conjunction with Sr. Product Managers; create opportunities and platforms where the development team can work with stakeholders to test assumptions or clarify needs

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional groups in digital agile product development environment, experience in story/acceptance criteria development, ability to assess the practical aspects of the business operations to enable sound and practical recommendations to stakeholders, strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work and collaborate efficiently on a high-functioning team.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Four to six years of related work experience (digital product management experience)

Preferred Qualifications: • Six to Eight years of digital product management experience, strongly preferred • Experience delivering opportunities for adoption of enterprise platforms and re-use of existing services across multiple projects • Establish and maintain key relationships with line of business leaders to identify and drive adoption of product • Leverage data, research, etc to identify new ways of delivering product experience to line of business • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience working within a highly regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, government, etc. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital workspaces, and Project Management software • knowledge of, or experience in financial services, • Demonstrate Leadership abilities
