Job Description

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Inside Sales Specialists have shared responsibility for soliciting and developing relationships with prospective clients as well as engagement with local sales advisors to develop retention and expansion strategies for their existing relationships. Position is focused on utilizing analytical skills while developing strong sales skills required for business development. Actively engages in outreach to prospective PWM clients to include research, determining lead/referral quality, Salesforce application, and outreach efforts. Works closely with Private Wealth Advisors to identify opportunities for relationship expansion through application of National and Regional Campaigns.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services

  • Strong customer/client service skills

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
