Job DescriptionCustomer behavior has evolved and now more than ever, there are multiple modes of interaction between bankers / advisors and customers. This creates an increased expectation among our customers that the bank should know them and their banking needs as they move from one channel to the other and a need to keep the communications with the customers consistent and non-redundant.
