Job DescriptionManages and coordinates the activities for assigned functional areas as well as collaborates between numerous internal teams as well as Third Party Vendor. Ensures quality service and effective support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Will need to have the ability to digest technical information and articulate it in a non-technical manner or vice versa. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Provide creditable challenge when appropriate. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the review and recommendation of systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from a user perspective.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for vendor Total Systems (TSYS) interface to result in application systems analysis and programming activities • Responsible for all processes related to Third Party Risk Management including annual assessment and ongoing management activities • Interface with TSYS to request solutions, time, and cost estimates. Assists in developing requirements • Review and process TSYS monthly invoices and maintain the annual project budget • Confers with and advises direct reports on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods • Consults with personnel in other Technology areas to coordinate activities • Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the vendor group.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to ten years of operations-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Total Systems, TS1 system knowledge - Aptitude for data analytics and mapping - Demonstrated strong mentoring skills - Vendor management experience - Advanced knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Considerable knowledge of systems technology and functional area - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision - Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated analytical, project management and tactical planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
