Job DescriptionLeading the dedicated Operations Account Manager team with with our large market clients. This role will lead a team of 8-10 Dedicated Operations Account Managers each with a large dedicated portfolio that are responsible for managing the CPS clients card program.

This role will be a “working manager” position in which the leader will jump in to assist the to maintain business-critical service level agreements. A majority of this person’s time will be spent managing the day to day with the team helping to resolve issues with the minority being actual work performed.

This manager would be a SME on best practices surrounding servicing our CPS card program clients and will at times consult with various clients to improve their program’s function. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to ten years of operations-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area - In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations - Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills - Well-developed customer relations skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
