U.S. Bank Insights & Reporting Analyst in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is hiring for the position of Insights and Reporting Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Gather and integrate large volumes of data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting; Perform in depth analysis, interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company for customer and employee populations; Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action; Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments; Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions; Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards; and Utilize WebFOCUS v8.2, massively parallel processing (MPP) databases (including Db2 and Teradata), JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, and SQL. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, plus 5 years of experience with data analysis. Must possess 3 years of experience with data analysis, designing, and report development in WebFOCUS v8.2; massively parallel processing (MPP) databases, including Db2 and Teradata; JavaScript; HTML; and Ajax; and 2 years of experience with developing complex SQL code. Telecommuting available.
