U.S. Bank Insights & Reporting Analyst in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is hiring for the position of Insights and Reporting Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Gather and integrate large volumes of data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting; Perform in depth analysis, interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company for customer and employee populations; Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action; Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments; Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions; Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards; and Utilize WebFOCUS v8.2, massively parallel processing (MPP) databases (including Db2 and Teradata), JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, and SQL. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, plus 5 years of experience with data analysis. Must possess 3 years of experience with data analysis, designing, and report development in WebFOCUS v8.2; massively parallel processing (MPP) databases, including Db2 and Teradata; JavaScript; HTML; and Ajax; and 2 years of experience with developing complex SQL code. Telecommuting available.
