Job DescriptionThe HR Insights and Reporting Analyst provides reporting and analytics needed by the Global HR Services function in support of the business needs as well as reports requested directly by Global HR Services leadership. The position is responsible for both simple and complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, performs in depth analysis, interprets results, and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across teams in Global HR Services. This role should have a strong understanding of business questions and needs related to advanced analytics and an outstanding ability to communicate through visually captivating and impactful interactive reports and executive-level dashboards that drive decisions and support strategic business priorities. The primary tools/data sources will be ServiceNow, Workday and Tableau.

ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes operational reporting for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Works with databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other tools to optimize data efficiency and quality Gathers and compiles data, eliminates or reduces redundancy, maintains data integrity, improves data quality and availability Delves into data to discover discrepancies and patterns, and plans, develops and/or executes the necessary steps to correct/improve data Develops and maintains reusable reports which can be utilized across Global HR Services Recommends and/or designs reports to meet business needs while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements by consulting and collaborating with stakeholders Creates presentation materials from reporting to support analysis and insights by the Global HR Services function Proactively seeks and provides recommendations to improve usefulness and efficiency of reports Supports audits and HR practices data requests for Global HR Services ensuring timeliness and data integrity Meets deadlines and handles varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy while ensuring compliance with security and compliance standards Continues to expand advanced reporting expertise and collaborates with other reporting and/or product SMEs as needed Exercises confidentiality, professionalism and independent judgement in handling confidential information and adhering to governance standards Actively supports the proper use, storage, and transmission of sensitive employee data Recommends business process or system enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and collaborates with product owners to incorporate changes Supports system upgrades and software releases from a reporting standpoint by being available for testing as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree 3 or more years of related work experience

Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience designing and developing custom reports in ServiceNow and Workday preferred Experience with Tableau (or other visualization tools) Degree with a concentration in IT preferred Minimum of two years of analytical and development experience in simple to complex reporting applications Minimum of one year work experience in data analysis, data reporting, and data validation Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret results for insights Solid understanding of HR data, functions, and processes Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with HR functional leaders Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong organization and project management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills INDMO
