As a Human Resources Advisor, Sr. Human Resources Advisor, or Lead Human Resources Advisor, you’ll join a Center of Excellence who support and advise leaders and employees on matters including absenteeism, performance, compensation, misconduct and ensuring compliance with policies, practices, and applicable employment legislation. This position will research, resolve, and respond to a variety of employment-related matters. Including but not limited to, accommodation requests, absenteeism, interpersonal conflict and resolution, and involuntary terminations. You’ll be a trusted advisor by providing consultation and resolution guidance to promote a positive workplace culture.

This role has multiple levels (Human Resources Advisor, Sr. Human Resources Advisor, Lead Human Resources Advisor) open to candidates with three or more years in employee relations, accommodations or as an HR Generalist or equivalent experience. The selected candidate(s) will be aligned to the level consistent with experience and position availability. All levels will be responsible for the following: · Manage assigned cases from intake through closure, maintain accurate case files and documentation as well as provide timely follow-up · Contribute to internal workstreams and projects. Identify and recommend methods to resolve problems. Update, simplify and enhance centralized processes and procedures Responsibilities: Human Resources Advisor: · Serve as a trusted Advisor and assist with education and awareness by answering questions related to HR policy questions, procedures and general employee grievances · Coordinate with the HR Service Center and other internal centers of excellence · Provide guidance on the reasonable workplace accommodation process, create accommodation memos and partner with internal employee relations consultants · Support consistent policy interpretation and application of centralized HR policies Sr. Human Resources Advisor: · Provide guidance and recommendations to leaders on employee relations matters, including employee grievances · Provide Managers guidance relating to employee performance improvement needs · Discuss and develop documents related to disciplinary action up to and including involuntary terminations · Utilize case data and trends to partner with and influence internal stakeholders to improve our processes and develop proactive strategies and policy revisions Lead Human Resources Advisor: · Conduct and coordinate internal investigations including fact finding, researching, and determining and accurately documenting substantiations · Facilitate timely, objective and effective resolution to employee relations concerns · Provide consultation, guidance and coaching to leaders and cross-functional partners on complex employee relations issues including Union and labor relations · Utilize case data and trends to partner with and influence internal stakeholders to improve our processes and develop proactive strategies and policy revisions

Preferred Skills/Experience · Previous experience working in HR Operations or HR Service Center preferred · Ability to work independently and to identify when to engage others · Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail · Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills · Proven ability to maintain confidential information · Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications · ServiceNow experience preferred · SHRM or PHR certifications

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $62,900.00 - $74,000.00 - $81,400.00
