Job DescriptionThe Role:

The Head of Digital Growth will join the Digital Marketing & Technology team to drive acquisition and monetization across our digital channels for both B2C and B2B lines of business. Specifically, this role is accountable for strategy, development and execution of marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Marketing, Digital and Analytics teams to drive digital growth at scale for consumer, small business and investment products. Leading a team of digital marketers and strategists they will be leveraging the modern tools from our marketing and advertising technology stack to influence outcomes across the customer journey.

This leader will continuously evolve and innovate the digital marketing program at U.S. Bank by building a series of test-learn-scale initiatives leveraging the modern marketing technologies and enterprise platforms. They will work closely with Digital, Analytics, technology and business line marketing teams to prioritize marketing tests that will drive scalable growth.

Working with SEO, Audience Management and paid media teams they will test and scale tactics to drive prospect growth across digital platforms. Partnering with the analytics teams they will leverage Artificial intelligence models to measure propensity to respond and optimize marketing performance on online and mobile channels. They will also partner with Digital Experience team to optimize shopping, acquisition and onboarding funnel to cross-sell and improve conversions.

The digital leader will drive change throughout the organization as it pertains to digital marketing orchestration and customer interactions. This person will manage and supervise a team members including balancing workload and project backlog.

The Lead will partner with internal customers (Business lines, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Strategy & Digital.) to ensure marketing channel compliance with Bank policies and procedures. They will work closely with internal partners on automation and optimization recommendations and participate in the hiring, supervising and career development of digital marketing team members.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in marketing Industry or Agency Experience with banking or financial services preferred Excellent leadership and people skills required Experience leading a department and/or managing a team including hiring, performance reviews, compensation packages, etc. required In depth understanding and experience in leveraging marketing tech stack (DMP, NBA, Journey Orchestration, AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) to drive consumer marketing Understanding of AI driven models that drive personalized marketing Strong knowledge and experience in leveraging SEO/SEM to drive online traffic and conversion Must have the ability to build out multi-year strategy and roadmap as well as execute with a team of digital marketers Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals in a proper manner Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A desire to take risks - but only after carefully examining and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective Highly collaborative, with a passion for data, digital strategy and entrepreneurship Ability to manage multiple priorities, skillsets, strengths and weaknesses among the team Experience working in an agile environment and a willingness to embrace change Continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools, and marketing solutions
