The Head of Bankcard Account Management is responsible for leading a large organization that provides account management support and technical assistance to a diverse set of commercial credit card customers in the United States and Canada. The support is provided to customer contacts responsible for program management, rather than supporting individual cardholders.
This executive will be primarily accountable for the operational activities of the Bankcard Account Management functional areas/region, while ensuring high-quality customer service and effective operations for internal & external customers. This role will develop and execute our customer support strategy and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience. Additionally, the leader will continually monitor the effectiveness of customer support approaches in order to enhance and evolve our approaches to further achieve business goals.
A successful incumbent will develop a deep and detailed understanding of commercial credit card platforms deployed by the business and customer support needs, while driving results through the effective management of a high-performing team.
Corporate Payment and Treasury Solutions (CPTS) is a division of U.S. Bank and an industry leading provider of treasury management and commercial payment solutions. We service Commercial and Public Sector customers across the United States, Canada and Europe.

Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
Commercial credit card industry experience
Experience with transformational change in a large organization
Responsible for the administration of corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Bachelor's / Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of operations experience
3+ years of management experience
