Job DescriptionThe Go-To-Market Readiness Manager is responsible for aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Working Capital Consulting and Client Integration for product launches, enhancements, and growth initiatives. Primary charter is to maximize sales production, revenue growth, and market penetration primarily for our digital growth products and also for enhancements to our core products. The market readiness manager and team will work with all product teams to understand product roadmap, enhancement details, target markets, use cases, and market opportunities. This market readiness team will then create detailed plans and strategies to activate and enable Sales, Marketing, Working Capital Consulting, and Client Integration to sell, market, and implement products to maximize sales revenue, speed to revenue, product growth, and market penetration. The market readiness manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive and repeatable go-to-market strategy with detailed plans that enable sales for new digital products and enhancements to existing core products.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field - Twelve or more years of banking experience - Seven or more years of management experience - Five or more years of relevant product training, product marketing, or sales enablement experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Treasury management, Transaction Banking and Payments experience - Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $131,580.00 - $154,800.00 - $170,280.00
