Job Description- Primary end user contact for all securities lending and investment management systems. - Provide daily support to business teams by fielding questions, analyzing data issues, identifying problems, and provide recommendations to implement appropriate solutions. - Act as a conduit between the front office, system users and project manager/technical analyst/development teams. Provide business requirement guidance used for design and development efforts related to trading. - Analyze business processes and develop alternatives, enhancements, and automate solutions that maximize efficiency. - Participate in and as needed lead the implementation of system, product, and process enhancements that affect securities lending, investment management, and support systems. Work closely with the business and technology teams to identify, prioritize, escalate and resolve system issues. Provide system expertise in the management of all investment system-related projects and requests. - Additional duties, as requested. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of related experience - Experience in financial services, securities lending and investment management preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience - General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Moderate to strong technical skill - Basic experience with process automation software/tools - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders - Thorough understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Strong analytical and forecasting skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to work as part of a project team - Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
